Within the scope of our library's ACS subscription, our university researchers can publish their articles as open access in Hybrid and Fully Open Access journals within the ACS Journals without paying APC. 

Eight of the 18 quotas available for our university to publish open access without paying APC fees in 2025 have been used. Our remaining quota number is 10. As quota transfers are not done under the agreement, any quotas remaining unused at the end of the year will forfeit their usage rights.
