About Library Book Returns

The use of the Library is planned as 8.45-17.15 on weekdays since face-to-face education will start in the fall semester at our university.

As in the pre-pandemic period, the books will be loaned for 15 and 30 days, according to user types from September 28, 2021, and the reserve books will start to be lent hourly, daily, and weekly as of October 11, 2021.

For this reason, collective time extensions made by our Library as of April 2020 for books whose return dates are due, within the scope of Covid-19 pandemic measures, will end on October 11, 2021. After this date, the library automation system will start to reflect the daily late fee of the delayed books to the accounts of all our users.

We kindly remind our undergraduate students to return the books in their library accounts to the Library until October 11, 2021, so they do not have problems with their 2021-2022 fall semester registrations.

Other users are required to check their accounts and return the books, whose return date is due, to the Library in order not to reflect a late fee on their user accounts as of October 11, 2021.
