Summary: Within the scope of The Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) – TUBITAK ULAKBIM Wiley Read & Publish Agreement, our university researchers (Corresponding Author) can publish their articles as open access in Oxford Hybrid and Gold Open Access journals in the publication types “research article, review article, brief report, case report” without paying APC (Article Processing Charge).
Articles that were accepted before January 1, 2026, will not be considered within the scope of the agreement. Articles that were accepted for publication between January 1, 2026, and the date the contract is signed may be requested to be converted into Open Access Articles retroactively.
