Within the scope of the Read & Publish agreement with some of the publishers METU Library subscribes to, METU members can publish their articles open access without paying APC (Article Processing Charge).
The publishers and the agreement details within the scope of the Read & Publish agreements or APC discounts are given below.
In addition, our University will provide open access (APC) support, limited to a total of 40 publications, for articles accepted by December 31, 2026, in WoS JIF Q1 journals indexed in SCIE, SSCI, or AHCI, regardless of publisher, provided that the corresponding author is a faculty member of our institution and no open access support is available for the publication under the relevant research project.
