TÜBİTAK and Wiley have renewed their "Read & Publish" agreement on February 17, 2026, covering the 2026-2028 period. Under this agreement, researchers at our university (Corresponding Authors) can publish their articles in Wiley Hybrid and Gold Open Access journals without paying Article Processing Charges (APC).
This benefit applies to articles accepted on or after February 17, 2026; articles accepted before this date are not covered by the agreement.
