Oxford Journals Read & Publish Agreement

Summary: Within the scope of our library's Oxford Journals subscription, our university researchers (Corresponding Author)  can publish their articles as open access in Oxford Hybrid journals in the publication types “research article, review article, brief report, case report” without paying APC (Article Processing Charge). 

Important Notice:
*The license agreement with the publisher has not yet been signed. The updated 2026 journal list wii be shared once the license agreement with the publisher is signed. 
*In order to publish without paying an APC, the license agreement must be signed. This information will be announced once the agreement is signed.

Agreement Years: 2024-2026

Publication Types: Journals

Article Types: Research article, Review article, Brief report, Case report

Quota Info:Unlimited

Licenses Options: Creative Commons CC-BY and CC-BY-NC

Important Details:

  • The author must be the “corresponding author” of the article.

  • Institutional e-mail address must be used.

  • %15 APC discount will be applied for Open Access journals.

  • 11 journals, which were Hybrid in 2023 and 2024 and switched to Open Access Journals in 2025, will be within the scope of the agreement.

  • Between the agreement years 2024-2026, journals that switch from Hybrid to Open Access Journals and newly added Hybrid journals to the Oxford Journals Online package will be within the scope of the agreement.
