Summary: Within the scope of Wiley – TUBITAK ULAKBIM Wiley Read & Publish Agreement, our researchers (Corresponding Author) will be able to publish their articles in Wiley Hybrid and Gold Open Access journals without paying APC (Article Processing Charge).

Eligible Journals: Q1 and Q2 Wiley Hybrid and Gold open access journals indexed in WOS (except Hindawi) - Web of Science SCIE, SSCI, AHCI

Important Details:

The quota for publishing open access articles in Wiley Hybrid ve Wiley Gold Journals without paying APC (Article Processing Charge) has been reached to the limit for 2025. Researchers will be able to continue to publish their articles free and closed access. Therefore, if articles submitted or to be submitted to Wiley journals are accepted in 2025, it will no longer be possible to benefit from the open access agreement, as the quota for 2025 has already been exhausted. However, if the Wiley – EKUAL agreement continues in 2026 and the article is accepted during a period when quota is available, it will be possible to benefit from the open access agreement.

• Your manuscript must have been accepted for publication in a Wiley hybrid journal on or after 1 January 2025, or submitted and accepted to a Wiley fully open access journal on or after 1 January 2025.
• The author must be the “corresponding author^* of the article.
• 2025 national quota: 1561
• Article funding requests for OA publication will be reviewed for approval by TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM on a “first come, first served rule”.
• An institutional e-mail address must be used.
