Session 1: Education Source Ultimate - The Essential Research Resource for the Faculty of Education!

Education Source Ultimate is a primary reference source for researchers, featuring a collection of peer-reviewed education journals. With an archive dating back to the 1880s, the database provides full-text access to nearly 2,000 academic journals, over 530 books and monographs, and more than 2,500 conference proceedings. It also includes education science journals published in Turkey. In this session, we will introduce the content of these resources, their usage features, and practical tools to streamline the research process.

By providing full-text access to hundreds of academic journals, it serves as a valuable resource for researchers and students. In this webinar, we will introduce the content scope and features of the Sociology Source Ultimate database, as well as practical tools to make the research process in the social sciences more efficient.

Session 3: Discover with EBSCO, Read, and Publish ! 

In this training session, we will cover many practical features, such as accessing full-text articles by searching the library’s electronic resources from a single platform, using AI tools for literature searches, and managing your bibliography. The features of journals in citation indexes such as Web of Science and Scopus, as well as hundreds of thousands of e-books, will also be introduced.
Additionally, you will learn how to publish your articles as open access in journals from Cambridge University Press and Oxford University Press under the “Read and Publish” agreement without paying any article processing charges. Furthermore, the session will cover topics such as the benefits of the “Read and Publish” model for authors, the tools provided by publishers, the article acceptance and workflow procedures, and key considerations to keep in mind.
