Food Science and Technology Abstracts (FSTA) Database Access

Food Science and Technology Abstracts (FSTA) database will be on access until 30 September 2016.

FSTA is produced by International Food Information Service (IFIS) and it is an important bibliographic database on food science, food technology and nutrition. 

 FSTA includes more than 1.150,000 bibliographic record from 1969 to present. It contains books, conference proceedings, patents, reports and standards.
